Ottawa is Canada's capital and the country's fourth largest city, founded in 1855 and currently has 822 600 inhabitants. The city is located in the province of Ontario on the shores of the Ottawa River which is the border with the province of Quebec. The city is bilingual and speaks both English and French. Ottawa is about to develop into a center of high technology and the city has two universities.

In Ottawa you will find all kinds of bars and clubs that have everything you need. If it's nightlife you seek, there are a number of clubs, pubs and bars offering music, dance, and even comedy.

Rideau Canal, also known as the Rideau Waterway, connects the city of Ottawa, Kingston and Ontario. Rideau River has two large waterfalls that ends in the Ottawa River.
Ridau canal was opened in 1832 as part of a defense in case of war against the United States. It is in use today and in 2007 it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
